The Recon House is a low cost product and is intended to be used for all kind of reconstruction and development projects.

The Recon House has numerous advantages compared to container or tent housing products: It is easy to ship, even in large quantities and can be put up within only a few hours. It is constructed to last for a long time but can be, due to its modular structure, used later for other purposes, e.g. for school, retail and office purposes. This prefab house is the perfect instrument for aid programs in the effected regions.

Given the modular structure and total flexibility of the Recon House, it can either be purchased as a whole, or alternatively only the basic aluminium structure. In this case, walls, floors, the roof and fitting are produced in the respective country and fitted into the basic aluminium structure. This second alternative is not only less expensive but also easier to ship.
